

Planning Services
The best interests of the sponsor of the exhibit, as well as the individual
exhibitors, are always foremost in our minds. In the planning stage of the
show, we first meet with various committees to provide assistance in the
design of the floor plan. Then, we prepare and mail all necessary paperwork
to the exhibitors, including forms for table and carpet rental, sign copy,
electrical specifications, and labor. We can also meet with individual
exhibitors, as requested, regarding their particular needs.

Convention Services
Prior to the exhibitors arrival, we arrange our equipment according to the
approved floor plan. If special items are requested, such as flowers or
electrical supplies, or if you need special assistance with the assembly
of your exhibit, we are glad to provide additional labor at standard rates.
At the conclusion of the show, we quickly dismantle and remain on hand to
offer you assistance.
Quality Materials
Each display booth consists of the following:
- An 8' backdrop
drapery, adjustable in width, and available in a variety of colors and
fabrics.
- Side rails also
adjustable in width and available in a variety of colors and fabrics, to
match or contrast with the backdrop.
- A 9" X 44" hand
painted booth identification sign carrying the company's name and
location in blue lettering on a white background.
- Other miscellaneous
items available, such as chairs, table, carpeting, etc.
